Important: SYCLR is a decision-support and shopping tool. It does not replace a professional bike fit, and it does not guarantee that a bike will fit, or that any listing’s details, price, availability, or condition are accurate. Always verify fit, condition, and seller details before you buy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. What SYCLR Does
SYCLR provides bike search, comparison, and fit-aware decision-support features, along with value and listing context and educational content for road and gravel cyclists. SYCLR helps you compare bike listings using fit signals, geometry context, value signals, condition and listing details, and source confidence.
3. Decision-Support Disclaimer
SYCLR is a decision-support tool only. You acknowledge and agree that:
- SYCLR does not replace a professional bike fit.
- SYCLR does not guarantee that a bike will fit you.
- SYCLR does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, condition, price, seller reliability, shipping, or outcome of any listing or transaction.
- You are responsible for verifying fit, condition, size, geometry, price, safety, and seller details before any purchase.
- You should inspect bikes in person or use qualified professionals when appropriate.
4. No Marketplace or Seller Role
SYCLR does not sell bikes directly. SYCLR is not a broker, dealer, retailer, marketplace operator, payment processor, shipping provider, escrow provider, or a party to any transaction between you and a third party.
Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and the applicable seller, marketplace, or retailer. SYCLR is not responsible for those transactions, including pricing, payment, fulfillment, returns, warranties, or disputes.
5. Third-Party Listings and External Links
Listings and information shown in the Service may come from third-party sources. That data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable, and it may change without notice. External sites have their own terms, policies, prices, and availability.
SYCLR may link to third-party sites but does not control them and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, products, or practices. Review a third party’s terms and policies before relying on them or making a purchase.
6. Accounts and User Responsibilities
If you create an account or otherwise use the Service, you agree to:
- Keep your account credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
- Use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
- Not misuse, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or abuse the platform

If you submit feedback, messages, retailer inquiries, or other content through the Service, you grant SYCLR permission to use that content as needed to provide, respond to, operate, and improve the Service. You should not submit confidential or sensitive information unless it is required, and you represent that you have the right to submit the information you provide.
8. Retailer Inquiries and Partner Information
Submitting retailer interest or partner information does not guarantee acceptance, listing inclusion, partnership, traffic, sales, or placement. SYCLR may approve, reject, or remove retailers or listings at its discretion and may change how inventory is surfaced at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
The SYCLR brand, website, app, design, copy, software, and content are owned by or licensed to SYCLR and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for using the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted here, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, distribute, or otherwise misuse the Service or its content without our permission.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or systems
- Scrape, harvest, or copy data at scale, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Send spam or engage in abusive behavior

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYCLR disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, availability, non-infringement, and suitability for a particular bike purchase. SYCLR does not warrant that any listing, price, measurement, or recommendation is accurate or that any bike will fit or perform as expected.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYCLR and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, transaction losses, bike purchase issues, personal injury, repair costs, listing inaccuracies, or third-party conduct, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the extent any liability cannot be disclaimed, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid SYCLR, if any, for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SYCLR from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your third-party transactions, or content you submit.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
